AFTER SALES
Sincrologic S.A.®, offers its customers a system of complete technical support called R.M.I. (Remote Management of Issues), integrating it in new industrial machines, but not only also in existing industrial machines, (this option is applied after prior verification if the system automation present, it is compatible with the remote support system), the hardware necessary to be able to perform the remote connection by the technician.
The customer must provide for the connection of an Internet line of min 10Mb, free from firewall restrictions, to R.M.I.
The R.M.I hardware installed in the industrial system remains the property of Sincrologic S.A.®, cannot be tampered with, or used by third parties.
The R.M.I service is provided through an annual assistance contract, at the end of the contract the customer can decide to renew or terminate the contract, the hardware of the R.M.I will be uninstalled by a Sincrologic technician.
The hardware package provided consists of two solutions:
Solution 1
Installation of an industrial mini PC, which will allow access to the PLC, HMI and SCADA
Solution 2
Installation of an industrial Ewon system, which will allow access to the PLC, HMI.
